I am an internationally trained entrepreneurship development expert with a proven track record of guiding entrepreneurs and businesses towards sustainable success. My passion is to empower and inspire entrepreneurs to set up, start, and scale their businesses in Nigeria and across Africa. With over a decade of experience and a strong commitment to fostering entrepreneurship, I have built and managed three businesses: ReDahlia Workspaces, The ReDahlia Business Academy, and Entrepreneurs.ng. My mission is to raise a new wave of entrepreneurs who will run sustainable businesses. I have achieved this by democratising business knowledge and opportunities through our platform, Entrepreneurs.ng, along with our courses and programs. I strongly advocate for entrepreneurship as the answer to economic challenges. Holding national certification as a Business Development Service Provider from SMEDAN and recognition as an MSME Trainer, Facilitator, and Coach by Deutschmark Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), I offer valuable hands-on expertise in mentoring and consulting with entrepreneurs. I have had the privilege of serving as a business coach and development expert at initiatives of Mastercard and Google. Additionally, I serve as a judge at Africa’s Business Heroes (ABH) Prize Competition (a Jack Ma Foundation initiative), identifying and supporting promising entrepreneurs competing for $1.5 million in grants. My transformative program, “Start Your Business in 30 Days,” is designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs turn their ideas into thriving businesses. Through my coaching and mentorship, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of mentorship on entrepreneurial growth.
